ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Side-gabled, wood frame building. Concrete foundation, then square cut shingles up to the water table, then shiplap siding. Center door flanked by 6/1 windows; wooden window trim. Gabled hood over front door; triangular wood braces. Concrete porch base. Overhanging eaves; exposed rafters. Outside end chimney. The property is set back on the lot behind 526 Arapahoe Avenue. STYLE : Bungalow. DATE BUILT : ca. 1936.
